Construction Equipment Rental
We offer a full line of rental equipment and tools for both construction professionals and homeowners.

Rental Rate Policies
Minimum:
Equipment rental up to 4 hours will be charged 60% of the daily rate.Any rental period exceeding 4 hours will be charged the full daily rate.
Daily:
Equipment that has been returned within 24 hours of the time that it was picked up will be charged the daily rate.
Weekly:
Equipment picked up and returned within 7 days will be charged the weekly rate.
Monthly:
Equipment picked up and returned within 28 days will be charged the monthly rate.
Weekend:
Regular Hours: Equipment picked up after 3 PM on Friday and returned by 8:30 AM on Monday will be charged one and a half the daily rate.Summer Hours: Equipment picked up after 3 PM on Friday and returned by 8:30 AM on Monday will be charged one and a half the daily rate.
Cleanup:
There will be a cleanup charge when unusual or excessive cleaning is required.
Repair:
There will be a repair charge on all damage, except normal wear and tear.
Fuel:
All equipment is rented with full fuel tanks. The customer is responsible to return the equipment full of fuel.
If you need a piece of equipment or a supply that is not listed please call our store. We will be happy to assist you with your needs.
Accounts and Deposits:
An account can be established with completed form and credit checks – please check with our sales staff. If you do not have an account, a deposit will be required and held on the equipment being rented in the amount equal to one week’s rent of said equipment and credited upon final billing payment.
